Welcome to Still Kicking Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of StillKickingCo.com and your purchase of products from our online store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Still Kicking Co.

Still Kicking Co. creates statement apparel for Gen Xers, Boomers, retirees, and anyone who is still here, still loud, and still kicking.

Our products may include T-shirts, V-necks, sweatshirts, hoodies, personalized apparel, and other printed merchandise. Most products are made to order after a purchase is completed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorized for use.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, designs, measurements, and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, garment color, fabric, and the printing process.

Because our products are printed individually, minor variations in print placement, size, or color may occur. These normal production variations are not considered defects.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. Sizes and fits may vary between T-shirts, V-necks, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other garments.

4. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Product or material availability
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Errors in personalization information

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable fees may be added during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, and shipping rates at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Promotions and Still Kicking Crew Deal

Eligible products may qualify for the Still Kicking Crew Deal:

• Buy 2 eligible items — Get free standard shipping
• Buy 3 eligible items — Save 15%
• Buy 4 or more eligible items — Save 20%

Eligible discounts are normally applied automatically at checkout.

Promotions:

• Apply only to qualifying products and orders
• Cannot be applied to previous purchases
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise
• May be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time
• May be subject to shipping destination restrictions

If multiple promotions apply, the checkout page will display the final available discount.

7. Personalized Products

Selected products may allow you to add a name, year, title, message, or other personalized detail.

You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, numbers, dates, capitalization, sizing, and other personalization information before submitting your order. We produce personalized products according to the information provided at checkout.

We may refuse personalization containing unlawful, hateful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the personalization submitted with the order.

8. Production Time

Most products are made to order. Standard production normally takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Production may take longer during peak seasons, major sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping normally takes 5–7 business days after production.

The estimated total delivery time is:

1–3 business days for production + 5–7 business days for shipping

When available at checkout, expedited shipping may shorten the estimated total delivery time by up to three business days. Expedited shipping does not eliminate the time required to produce an order.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

10. Shipping Addresses and Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.

Still Kicking Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order must be resent.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours are free of charge.

After 24 hours, your order may have entered production. If production has begun, the costs already incurred in producing your order may be deducted from your refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Submitting a change or cancellation request does not guarantee that it can be completed. We will confirm whether the request was received in time.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Free from odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of use
• Returned in their original condition

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Personalized and final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging when relevant

Once the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Do not return a damaged or incorrect product until you receive instructions from our customer support team.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

If only part of an order is returned, any original promotion or quantity discount may be recalculated. The refund may be adjusted to reflect the price the remaining products would have qualified for.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on StillKickingCo.com—including logos, branding, product designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, text, slogans, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Still Kicking Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, trademark, or other intellectual property printed on that product.

16. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it
• The content is accurate and does not mislead others
• The content does not violate another person’s rights
• The content is not unlawful, abusive, hateful, or harmful

You grant Still Kicking Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted content for business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may remove submitted content that violates these terms.
